“Given the recurring nature of these collapses, it is highly probable that this technological failure is not limited to trusses at this particular facility alone but might also be a concern for trusses of the same type at various facilities across the country. The repeated structural failures highlight the need for a systemic approach in addressing this recurring defect.”<\/p>\n
